About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the fish department as a strategic profit center for the point of sale
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our commitment to quality and local producers
  • Oversee orders, stock rotation, and inventory management
  • Handle product merchandising and department presentation (scenarist)
  • Provide expert customer service, advice, and sales to build client trust
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards inherent to seafood handling

Requirements

  • CAP Poissonnier (Fishmonger certification) or significant experience in retail/large-scale distribution
  • Strong commercial mindset and passion for high-quality food products
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
