About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service and advice to gastronomy and wholesale clients
- Actively sell and recommend fish and seafood products
- Present and display fish products attractively to stimulate appetite
- Ensure high hygiene and quality standards, including HACCP and expiration date monitoring
Requirements
- Experience in sales or commercial training in the food retail sector
- Open to career changers from gastronomy (e.g., cooks or restaurant specialists)
- Previous experience working with fresh fish is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
