Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and the determination of consolidated taxable income
• Monitor routine tax compliance including IS, TVA, CVAE, CFE, and sectoral taxes
• Contribute to semi-annual and annual closing processes in collaboration with accounting and finance teams
• Analyze and secure structuring real estate operations such as acquisitions, disposals, JVs, and company transformations
• Draft tax notes for various committees and operational directions
• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and case law developments
• Analyze impacts on Group activities and structures and disseminate significant updates internally

Requirements

• Master 2 in Tax Law or DJCE
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a tax law firm or within a Group Tax Department
• Mastery of fundamental IS and TVA mechanisms
• Experience in real estate taxation (margin VAT, DMTO, special regimes) is a significant asset
• Strong writing skills, analytical capacity, and operational advisory sense
• Ability to work collectively and share analyses
