Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of the tax situation of companies involved in acquisitions or sales
• Identify and quantify potential tax risks and their impact on transactions
• Analyze alternative transaction execution methods to minimize tax costs
• Help preserve tax attributes and reduce risks while adapting structures to business needs
• Provide advisory services for business integrations in both national and international contexts

Requirements

• Degree in Law, ADE, or Economics (double degrees are valued)
• Master's degree in Tax Law
• High level of English proficiency
• At least 2 years of experience in a Big Four firm or a specialized tax law firm
• Previous experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, or reorganizations is preferred
