Responsibilities

• Analyze the tax situation of companies during mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations
• Identify and quantify potential tax risks and determine their impact on transactions
• Evaluate alternative transaction structures to minimize tax costs and preserve tax attributes
• Provide tax advisory services for national and international business reorganizations and due diligence

Requirements

• Degree in Law, ADE, or Economics (double degrees are highly valued)
• Master's degree in Tax Law
• High level of English proficiency
• At least 3 years of experience in a Big Four firm or a specialized tax law firm
• Experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, or corporate reorganizations is preferred
