Fiscal Depot, Custom & Trade OpsCoord

Responsibilities

• Manage and control fiscal depot operations, ensuring timely customs clearance and compliance with customs, commercial, and tax legislation.
• Maintain and renew key programs and certifications, including OEA, IVA, and NOM, as well as permits from SENER and the Secretaría de Economía.
• Coordinate internal audits and maintain documentation in repositories like SharePoint to ensure compliance with certified company requirements.
• Administer fiscal depot inventory, including updating catalogs in accordance with Annexes 22 and 31.
• Supervise and validate tariff classifications with customs agents, ensuring technical documentation and data are up to date.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of customs agents and service providers using KPIs and service level agreements.
• Reconcile customs information with the Finance department on a monthly and annual basis, verifying tax payments and potential recoveries.
• Monitor changes in customs laws (Ley Aduanera, RGCE, TIGIE, T-MEC) to ensure correct regulatory implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field (must be graduated).
• 8+ years of experience in foreign trade, customs operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency (non-negotiable).
• Deep knowledge of OEA, IVA, and NOM certifications.
