About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in, monitor, and control production for menu and card setups
- Monitor and control the preparation of customer orders
- Manage kitchen product orders and verify the conformity of received goods
- Ensure effective communication of instructions between the Chef, Assistant Chef, and kitchen brigade
- Lead the kitchen brigade daily and supervise staff training
- Collaborate with Pastry and Front-of-House teams to ensure a consistent gastronomic experience
- Monitor the brigade's adherence to technical recipe sheets
- Maintain high service quality standards in line with luxury requirements (LQA)
- Supervise special requests for VIP clients or special events
- Report non-conformities to the technical service or maintenance companies

- Solid culinary experience in a high-end establishment
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
