First Line Supply Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of asset managers to ensure timely and accurate conversion of demand signals into purchase requisitions
• Develop and implement supply chain planning and execution strategies to support company objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive operational excellence and develop action plans
• Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Train and mentor team members to support continuous professional growth
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning processes
• Experience in Demand Planning and Forecasting methodology
• Experience in Project Management
• Exposure to data management concepts, tools, and aggregating large historical datasets
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with Service Parts Management (SPM)
• Experience planning and collaborating with companies managing a high volume of SKUs
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
