First Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and drive team performance based on key metrics and client contract compliance
• Conduct shift briefings and debriefs to ensure focus on quality and adherence to standards
• Review performance data, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
• Provide performance coaching and counseling to low performers through documented plans
• Manage talent development, including onboarding, training needs identification, and career progression
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless project delivery and resolve escalations
• Drive team engagement and employee satisfaction through various initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS/Maps)
• Proven experience in team management and performance coaching
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and client communications
