First Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities planning, project administration, engineering, and construction
• Define project and process plans, set operational goals, and implement standard work to ensure consistent execution
• Provide technical oversight and approval for deliverables and vendor work, including participation in source selection
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within quality expectations
• Build strong partnerships with site customers, stakeholders, and business partners to resolve escalations
• Own team performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
• Perform domestic travel up to 10%

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale cross-functional project management)
• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
• 5+ years of experience in Project or Construction management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, construction management, facilities, architecture, or a related science field
• 3+ years of experience directly managing or leading people or teams
• Proven experience with construction/project leadership, including planning and executing facility projects
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Long Range Business Plans (LRBP), real estate project management, and space planning
