First Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-performing teams by ensuring the right people are in the right roles
• Actively intervene to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Identify and implement ways to optimize production and improve existing processes
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality within the production, warehouse, or earning environments

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management (ideally 3 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
• Proficiency in English (intermediate level is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a 4-shift operation (2xR, P, N)
