About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, visitors, and employees in a positive, professional, and warm manner
  • Support internal and external events including furniture setup, technology, and catering
  • Coordinate monthly office social events and monthly pubs
  • Manage internal and external lunch orders for clients and employees
  • Open and close the reception area
  • Maintain the meeting space and ensure amenities like coffee and tea are replenished
  • Conduct regular floor walks to ensure the office environment is pleasant and well-maintained
  • Proactively solve tasks using a flexible and service-oriented approach

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration and service work
  • High service level and drive to create a premium workplace experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Unpretentious with a "can-do" attitude
