About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, visitors, and employees in a positive, professional, and warm manner
- Support internal and external events including furniture setup, technology, and catering
- Coordinate monthly office social events and monthly pubs
- Manage internal and external lunch orders for clients and employees
- Open and close the reception area
- Maintain the meeting space and ensure amenities like coffee and tea are replenished
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure the office environment is pleasant and well-maintained
- Proactively solve tasks using a flexible and service-oriented approach
Requirements
- Experience in office administration and service work
- High service level and drive to create a premium workplace experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Unpretentious with a "can-do" attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination
