Responsibilities

• Record patient medical history accurately
• Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and medication side-effects
• Monitor patient condition, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, and perform wound care
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients
• Communicate with church leaders, sponsors, and families regarding patient care
• Respond to First Aid, CPR, and AED calls on the grounds
• Maintain a vital daily walk with God and be active in a local Southern Baptist church

Requirements

• Proven experience as an LPN, RN, PA, NP, MD, or similar medical role
• Successful completion of relevant medical license program
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours on duty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
