About the role
Responsibilities
- Review firmware requirement documents and derive meticulous test cases (EDN) in English
- Analyze failures in automated tests and log defects
- Execute manual tests that cannot be automated during formal testing
- Review existing test cases to identify gaps and edge cases
- Develop code, primarily in Python, to support test automation (50% automation focus)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- More than 3 years of experience in embedded firmware development or firmware testing
- More than 1 year of professional experience in Java, C#, C++, or Python
- Ability to derive meticulous test cases from requirements
- Strong attention to detail and proactive initiative
- Desirable experience with protocols such as Modbus, One Wire, Serial, REST, or RS485
