Firefighter (Bombero)

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test portable fire equipment, such as extinguishers
• Inspect and test fixed fire equipment, including hydrants and monitors
• Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
• Participate in regular emergency drills and simulations
• Collaborate on training courses for emergency response brigades

Requirements

• At least 6 years of verifiable operational experience as an Industrial, Urban, Airport, or Port Firefighter
• EC0 426.01 certification in structural fire combat and extinction
• Training in high-altitude and confined space rescue
• Proficiency in using Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA/ERA)
• Knowledge of fire extinction equipment (hoses, extinguishers, motor pumps, ladders)
• Experience in forest or grassland fire management
• Wildlife handling skills
• Valid Type B driver's license for emergency vehicle operation
• Knowledge of applicable official industry standards
