Fire Systems Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s fire systems program, including fire alarm, sprinkler, pump, extinguisher, and VDA systems.
• Manage fire code violations, inspection deficiencies, and planned upgrade projects across the portfolio.
• Coordinate fire systems repair and upgrade projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and internal stakeholders regarding violation-related issues.
• Track work orders, documentation, timelines, and project status within internal systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, and Central teams to drive corrective actions and ensure compliance.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress to ensure timely completion and risk reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 3+ years of trade-specific experience related to fire systems.
• Deep knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, and pump systems.
• Experience with contract administration, scheduling, and cost awareness.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work through completion across cross-functional teams.
