Fire Sprinkler Training Foreman

Responsibilities

• Introduce entry level employees into the fire protection industry
• Demonstrate safe, efficient, quality, and code compliant installations to new employees
• Provide training opportunities for new employees including Wheels of Learning and State certification
• Evaluate progress of new employees
• Maintain an innovating and result driven mentality

Requirements

• Experience, training, or education in fire sprinkler system installation preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
