About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet objectives
- Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential customers by scheduling sales calls
- Follow up on leads utilizing company marketing strategies
- Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, and make presentations
- Negotiate pricing for inspection contract sales
- Interface with district operations to improve service delivery
- Deliver sales against a targeted quota
- Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact
- Report progress and metrics to operation and corporate teams weekly and monthly
- Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations
Requirements
- Experience in a sales role including client presentations and direct sales negotiation
- Basic knowledge of the Fire Protection Industry
- 3 to 5 years minimum of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
