About the role
Responsibilities
- Scheduling manpower as needed for assigned jobs
- Managing installation hours
- Scheduling appropriate inspections with AHJ and obtaining documentation
- Forecasting accurate installation projections
- Submitting accurate timecards
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation
- Minimum of 3 years in project management roles
- Strong familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards
- Comprehensive understanding of Fire Sprinkler Design principles (Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge systems)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
