Responsibilities

• Manage Job Design Schedules
• Work with Fire Sprinkler Construction Manager
• Responsible for quality and code compliant designs
• Responsible for Monthly Design Labor Finances
• Responsible for Monthly Material Finances
• Responsible for Monthly Billings
• Innovating and result driven mentality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
• Proficient in estimation software and project management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license
