Fire Sprinkler Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform annual, quarterly, 3-year, and 5-year fire sprinkler inspections
• Inspect fire pumps, standpipes, and all associated fire sprinkler system equipment
• Perform regular maintenance of existing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with sprinkler systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fire codes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sprinkler Technician
• Licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspector in Florida
• NICET Level II Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems Certification
• Backflow Testing Certification
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and related equipment
• Experience with both wet and dry sprinkler systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with computers and cloud-based service management systems
