Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections for material handling, storage, installation, and testing
• Follow designed plans and communicate necessary design changes to meet site requirements
• Manage materials delivered to site and perform minor fabrication on job site
• Document change orders
• Lead installation teams and manage multiple crews on location
• Conduct weekly safety meetings with teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, pipefitting, or fire protection codes
• Proficiency in following written and verbal instructions
• Ability to establish onsite productivity and set employee goals
• Competence in reading plans and documents
• Valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Pipefitter Apprentice Program (Levels 1-4) with Journeyman certification
• First AID/CPR Certification
• OSHA 30 Certification
