Fire Sprinkler Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Job Installation Schedules
• Work with Fire Sprinkler Pre-Construction Manager
• Manage and work with Project Managers
• Ensure quality and code compliant installations
• Manage monthly installation labor finances
• Oversee monthly billings
• Manage the change order process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
• Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license
