About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Job Installation Schedules
- Work with Fire Sprinkler Pre-Construction Manager
- Manage and work with Project Managers
- Ensure quality and code compliant installations
- Manage monthly installation labor finances
- Oversee monthly billings
- Manage the change order process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
- Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license
