Fire Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians through goal setting, performance reviews, and mentorship
• Plan, prioritize, and dispatch service calls to optimize routing and support on-time arrival and first-time fix rates
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and identify service growth opportunities
• Promote a robust safety culture through regular training, job hazard analysis, and incident investigation
• Monitor key service metrics including response time, backlog, and on-time completion to implement continuous improvements
• Ensure accuracy in service documentation, work orders, and reporting while validating parts usage
• Collaborate with sales, installation, and engineering teams to resolve escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Travel to customer sites across the Louisville, Kentucky area for service delivery, safety coaching, and audits

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and squatting

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or relevant college coursework
• NICET, Kentucky certifications, or other industry-specific credentials
