Fire Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fire Construction and Owner Service Sales Team within a defined geographic area.
• Set strategy and drive results for electronic life safety systems, including new construction and retrofit projects.
• Partner with Area Sales and General Managers to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and execute pricing.
• Supervise sales performance and provide mentorship and technical training to the sales force.
• Build and maintain relationships with key construction industry influencers and owner/end-user customers.
• Develop territory business plans, including staffing, market assignments, and customer development strategies.

Requirements

• College Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Fire Safety industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of field sales management experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in the construction industry and developing owner relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS Technical and/or business/marketing degree.
• 5+ years in a formal leadership role.
• Basic knowledge of Security, Controls, and HVAC equipment.
