Fire Safety Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth fire audits and risk analyses
• Create specific risk analyses for fire detection installations
• Inspect fire detection, automatic extinguishing, and smoke/heat exhaust installations
• Design, study, and inspect safety and emergency lighting installations
• Develop evacuation plans, intervention plans, and intervention dossiers
• Organize and supervise evacuation exercises
• Report findings and discuss them with clients
• Provide advice on construction projects and sprinkler systems

Requirements

• Prevention Advisor diploma (minimum Level II)
• Relevant work experience in fire safety
• Perfect fluency in Dutch and French
• Ability to balance office work with site visits
• Willingness to travel within the Ghent region
