Fire Protection Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects or multiple smaller teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers to create and maintain project schedules
• Enforce site-specific safety plans and conduct weekly safety toolbox talks
• Manage project deliveries, logistics, and material management
• Oversee tool and equipment needs and maintenance
• Utilize mobile apps and email to track and distribute construction project information
• Maintain detailed field logs, including daily reports, time sheets, and as-built drawings
• Organize and lead weekly project meetings with foremen and subcontractors

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Fire Protection Superintendent or similar construction role
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• OSHA 30 certification
• Prior experience managing multiple Superintendents
• Strong organizational, time-management, and professional communication skills
