Fire Protection Foreman

Responsibilities

• Manage construction of Fire Protection Sprinkler and Suppression systems
• Manage work crews on assigned project(s)
• Collaborate with Superintendent to achieve client satisfaction and project profitability
• Review project documents including plans and specifications
• Attend hand-off meetings to discuss project scope, schedule, and materials
• Enforce site-specific safety plans and attend weekly safety toolbox talks
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Project Managers to implement Quality Assurance Plans
• Request necessary materials and equipment to complete assigned work
• Maintain and secure tools and equipment on the jobsite
• Use mobile apps and email to track and distribute project information
• Ensure jobsite remains clean and orderly

Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction Foreman for a mechanical or fire protection trade
• Knowledge of local safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional communication and leadership abilities
• OSHA 10 certification
