Fire Protection Field Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Operations Director in executing field operations strategies across assigned projects
• Serve as a key point of contact between field leadership and project teams
• Coordinate manpower planning, equipment needs, and subcontractor coordination
• Monitor field productivity, safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Perform field quality audits and assist with corrective action plans
• Mentor and support superintendents, foremen, and field staff through training and coaching
• Ensure proper timekeeping, attendance tracking, and cost code usage

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, or equivalent field leadership role
• Experience managing multiple Superintendents
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction operations and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Proficiency in MS Project
