Fire Alarm Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fire alarm systems in accordance with all local, state, and national codes
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing fire alarm systems
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems
• Document all service visits, repairs, and inspections in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and repairs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm systems installation and service
• Valid state fire alarm technician license or certification
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, including wiring, circuitry, and components
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
