About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Provide expert consultations to clients on fire alarm systems, including new installations and upgrades
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and new technologies in fire safety systems
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the fire alarm industry
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fire alarm system brands such as EST and Notifier
