Fire Alarm Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in Sales Bid Reviews
• Schedule and conduct Project Kick-Off Meetings
• Involve in Pre-Design and Design Process, including obtaining field information
• Review and facilitate project scope changes, new documentation, and change order requests
• Create and maintain all RFIs for projects
• Order equipment and materials using web-based software
• Schedule and conduct Hand-Off Meetings between Field Superintendents and Design
• Manage the construction process and facilitate turnover of field documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in fire protection or fire alarm systems industry
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and installation practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites

Preferred Qualifications

• NICET certification in fire alarm systems
