About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in Sales Bid Reviews
- Schedule and conduct Project Kick-Off Meetings
- Involve in Pre-Design and Design Process, including obtaining field information
- Review and facilitate project scope changes, new documentation, and change order requests
- Create and maintain all RFIs for projects
- Order equipment and materials using web-based software
- Schedule and conduct Hand-Off Meetings between Field Superintendents and Design
- Manage the construction process and facilitate turnover of field documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in fire protection or fire alarm systems industry
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and installation practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
Preferred Qualifications
- NICET certification in fire alarm systems
