Fire Alarm Install Helper

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment and the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician
• Assist with diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner
• Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required

Requirements

• Work experience, training or education in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of alarm systems or related equipment is preferred but not required
• Must possess or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses
• A current Driver’s License is preferred
• Must be able to satisfy Government, Federal and Customs background check requirements
