Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician
• Assist with the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems under direct supervision
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner
• Work safely, following OSHA and Firetrol safety policies and practices
• Accurately complete required daily paperwork
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience, training or education in alarm systems installation or repair is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities
• Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable state licenses
• Current Driver’s License preferred
• Ability to satisfy State, Federal and Customs background check requirements
