Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician
- Assist with the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems under direct supervision
- Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner
- Work safely, following OSHA and Firetrol safety policies and practices
- Accurately complete required daily paperwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience, training or education in alarm systems installation or repair is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities
- Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable state licenses
- Current Driver’s License preferred
- Ability to satisfy State, Federal and Customs background check requirements
