Fintech Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the design, testing, and operation of core financial systems across domains including AP, AR, GL, and Tax
• Collaborate with finance, product, and technology teams to support daily and month-end financial operations
• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of finance technology solutions to ensure system functionality
• Act as a point of contact for operational issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions
• Maintain and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures and design documents
• Support the assessment and implementation of upstream changes impacting finance systems and reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in finance systems or specific finance domains (AP, AR, GL, Tax, etc.)
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for deep-dive reconciliation and investigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
• Familiarity with risk and controls in finance operations
• Experience in data analytics
