Fintech, Payments & Digital Assets Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on fintech, payments, digital assets, crypto, blockchain, embedded finance, digital wallets, tokenisation, and payment products
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements including SaaS, cloud, partnership, and payment services agreements
• Advise on regulatory considerations affecting e-money, cryptoassets, outsourcing, operational resilience, and data governance
• Partner with legal, compliance, product, and technology teams to support product development and regulatory change

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK or equivalent overseas qualification
• Experience advising fintech companies, payment service providers, e-money institutions, or digital asset businesses
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience across commercial contracts and technology agreements
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
