FinOps Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, wallets, and accounting ledgers
• Track outstanding payables and coordinate with internal teams for timely closures
• Support end-to-end vendor payment processing, including invoice validation and disbursement
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary data and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, TDS)
• Help prepare and maintain taxation-related records, including TDS and GST entries and filings
• Maintain accurate accounting records in tools such as Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks
• Support month-end closing activities, audits, and compliance checks
• Collaborate with HR and business operations to resolve discrepancies or data mismatches
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, reconciliation, payroll, taxation, or operational finance
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll workflows, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting tools such as Zoho, Tally, or QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
