FinOps Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions in compliance with licensing requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data used for all regulatory filings and track adherence to SLAs.
• Own end-to-end reconciliation across various payment rails, including UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cross-border rails.
• Monitor and manage the financial reconciliation system to ensure 100% of rail balances are reconciled.
• Act as the primary escalation point for rail-related operational issues, coordinating with banks, processors, and PSP partners.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Business teams to investigate transaction failures or reconciliation breaks.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reporting workflows and approval protocols.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in operations within a Payment Gateway, E-wallet, or Fintech firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong MS-Excel and documentation skills.
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting and payment rail reconciliation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
