FinOps Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office activities covering invoicing and billing queries to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for billing query resolution.
• Perform manual invoicing, credit notes, and general billing administration tasks.
• Investigate and resolve customer parameter issues that prevent successful invoicing.
• Liaise with technical support to report bugs, resolve errors, and suggest system improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and drive process improvements to decrease invoice turnaround time.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and follow complex processes to conclusion.
• High level of integrity regarding company policies, compliance, and data security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the travel industry.
