FinOps Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office invoicing and billing activities to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Resolve customer billing queries via email while maintaining established SLAs.
• Perform manual invoicing and credit note tasks as required.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer parameter issues that prevent successful invoicing.
• Collaborate with tech support to report bugs and drive system improvements.
• Implement process improvements to decrease turnaround time for customer invoices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of diligence and attention to detail in following complex processes.
• Strong integrity regarding company policies and data security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the travel industry.
