Finishing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hourly workforce activities across heat treatment and finishing processes, including task assignment and schedule management.
• Motivate, coach, and develop hourly personnel while managing attendance and discipline in line with company policies.
• Monitor operations and track key performance indicators such as productivity, utilization, downtime, and rejection rates.
• Implement corrective actions to drive process improvements and develop work instructions.
• Ensure the execution of preventive maintenance and inspection plans.
• Enforce HSE standards, report incidents, and maintain updated risk assessments.
• Manage resource efficiency and meet energy consumption targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production environment.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry standards including API 5CT, ISO9001, API Q1, and ISO 20431.
• Familiarity with UV Coating Technologies and NDT EMI.
• Exposure to Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies (Root Cause, 5-Why, standard work).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
