Finishing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform print finishing operations including weeding, cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and installing grommets
• Prepare and package completed printed materials and large-format graphics for timely delivery
• Ensure all finished jobs are properly labeled, secured, and shipped according to production standards
• Maintain, clean, and support finishing and production equipment on a regular basis
• Assist with inventory control and organization of production and finishing supplies
• Construct boxes and packaging materials for completed print jobs
• Support the installation team with preparation and on-site assistance when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production and finishing workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with laminating, mounting, bindery, and finishing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced print production environment with tight deadlines
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in print finishing, production, reprographics, or a related field
