Finishing Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing team activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production schedules
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team while assigning tasks based on skill sets
• Oversee product quality through regular inspections and implementation of control procedures
• Identify production inefficiencies and suggest continuous improvement initiatives using 5S principles
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and supplies
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
