Finishing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform routine machine set-ups, changeovers, and monitor performance to ensure products meet exact specifications
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to identify and resolve root causes
• Accurately record operating data and downtime using computer applications (MFG Pro)
• Collaborate with the team to maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity with the ability to measure close tolerances
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliability and a "Safety-First" mindset
• Flexibility to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:45pm - 8am) and overtime as needed
