Finisher

Responsibilities

• Precisely setting formwork for pours
• Compacting base material and performing fine grading
• Fabricating and installing reinforcing steel
• Placing, screeding, and striking-off concrete
• Performing high-quality floating and handwork for smooth finishes
• Hand finishing around drains, penetrations, edges, and forms
• Installing hand-tooled or saw-cut control joints
• Complying with all safety standards

Requirements

• One year of concrete experience
• Ability to tie rebar/steel and build concrete forms
• Proficiency with all types of hand tools
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and irregular hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of general construction experience
