Finished Lubricants Technology Solution Professional

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative technology solutions by applying advanced technical knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Translate business and customer requirements into effective technical approaches and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead product development projects from concept through commercial launch, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and validate lubricant formulations, including additive and base stock selection, to meet performance targets.
• Design and execute test programs, analyze results, and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to identify technology opportunities.
• Support manufacturing and troubleshoot technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build strong technical relationships with customers, OEMs, and suppliers to enhance partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Engineering (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, specifically in lubricant formulation or technology development.
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to drive projects from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical data.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills are considered an advantage.
