Finished Goods Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for production processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot industrial equipment and processes
• Operate plant processing computer systems
• Perform minor repairs and replace equipment parts
• Test materials to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Operate industrial processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer literacy
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted
• Ability to work at heights (ladders, platforms, tanks) and in confined spaces
• Ability to pass a written certification test
• Ability to move freely in factory and outdoor environments, including pushing, pulling, kneeling, and squatting
• Willingness to use required PPE, including respirators, hard hats, and eye/ear protection

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with process control systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
