Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle and inventory counts
- Review inbound and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations
- Verify materials on hand and project needs to meet shipment schedules
- Assist shipping/receiving by loading/unloading trucks and inspecting merchandise
- Inspect product for damages and report to inventory
- Complete safety checks on equipment and perform daily GMP cleaning tasks
- Participate in inventory processing for cancellations and order changes
- Organize inventory for easy retrieval and put away new loads
- Work closely with the Purchasing department to ensure correct shipments
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for returned goods
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and other shipping systems
- Forklift Certification preferred
