Finish Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Install commercial bathroom partitions, hardware, and accessories
• Install restroom accessories including grab bars, mirrors, dispensers, and hand dryers
• Perform finish carpentry and detailed woodwork installation
• Sand columns, beams, and wood surfaces to create smooth finished surfaces
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all installations are level, plumb, and completed to specifications
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work alongside project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet project deadlines
• Identify and resolve construction or installation issues in the field
• Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Experience constructing and installing commercial bathroom partitions
• Experience installing restroom accessories including grab bars, mirrors, and dispensers
• Proficiency in finish woodwork and detailed carpentry installation
• Ability to sand columns and beams to create smooth finished surfaces
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ability to work within active commercial job sites while maintaining safety and production standards
