About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete final punch list items including trim work, caulking, patching, and painting touch-ups
- Install cabinetry, molding, baseboards, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry tasks
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timelines are met
- Address minor repairs and adjustments as needed before project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
